Jamie has over 30 years of experience in the sales & marketing real estate profession with a focus on Lead Management. He was individually chosen by three large hospitality brands to develop their Lead Management systems and execute their Sales & Marketing programs. Jamie's expertise, coupled with his leadership skills, helped to launch these three major brands into the fractional ownership industry. Under his direction he helped launch Marriott's Desert Springs in Palm Desert and Four Seasons hired him to develop a new luxury lead management and fractional ownership business enterprise in 1996. From scratch Jamie developed the lead management and sales & marketing operation for Four Seasons to market and sell their fractional products in North America. Then in 2002 Starwood hired him to help develop their fractional business model nation wide and then perform all the lead management and sales & marketing disciplines for the St. Regis brand.
Jamie's company has produced several billion dollars in lead conversions. His company continues to provide innovative lead marketing and sales success strategies and programs.

The Lore Institute, under Jamie direction, is currently managing lead production and conversions for Pacific Sotheby's International Realty and Aspen/Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty. Both operations are scheduled to produce over one billion dollars each in real estate sales during the remaining years of the projects.
In the fall of 2014 Jamie added to his successes when The Ritz-Carlton contracted him to managing the remaining units at their Aspen Highlands project.
